Ballet for Children

The children’s school offers over 20 classes per week of ballet catering for 200 pupils from age three to eighteen.

Ballet classes are in the Russian style which is one of the most expressive of the recognised standards.

Ballet for Adults

The classes for adults cater for all levels of ability and experience.

The aim is to provide an artistic and challenging way of exercising.

For those who learned ballet earlier in their lives the Eden Centre provides an opportunity to return to the pleasure without too much pressure.

But also many of our adults have started having never danced before.
 

Tap for Adults

A class for beginners and more experienced tap dancers.
Play with rhythm, footwork and sound, no exams, just fun !

Hatha Yoga

Suitable for all levels the class encourages a focus on breathing
with the aim of aligning and unifying the body, mind and spirit.
